Having food intolerances or allergies can be tricky business and we understand how nerve-wracking it can be to put your trust in someone else's hands. Here are some answers to commonly asked questions about our products but if there's anything else you'd like to know, don't hesitate to drop us a line. We're more than happy to have a chat!

  • Are all your products gluten and dairy-free?
    Yes, all our products are gluten and dairy-free. Our premises are completely gluten and dairy-free, but if you have any serious allergies, please contact us so we can double-check for any potential cross-contamination or trace ingredients.
  • Are your products nut-free?
    We don't use the term nut-free as we do have almonds in the bakery. Some of our ingredients are also produced in environments that handle nuts, so there is potential for traces from further up the production chain. If you have any nut allergies or intolerances, please contact us to discuss whether our products are suitable for you.
  • Can I see a full ingredients list for your products?
    We don't have a full ingredients list available online because our product range changes weekly. However, you can read our allergen statement here. If you have any specific ingredient queries, please contact us directly.
  • Do you offer vegan options?
    Yes! All of our scones, savoury pastries, oat bars, and most of our sweet pastries are vegan. However, we don't classify them as egg-free because we handle eggs in the bakery. Please contact us if you have any specific dietary concerns.
  • How long do your products stay fresh?
    Our products are best enjoyed fresh but will stay at their best for up to five days. To maintain their quality, we recommend keeping them in an airtight container.
  • Can I freeze your bakes?
    Absolutely! Make sure to put them into a freezer-safe container. They can be kept for up to three months in the freezer but we wouldn't recommend keeping them longer than that. When you're ready to chow down, defrost them at room temperature and enjoy!
  • Are all your products gluten and dairy-free?
    In short - yes! Our premises are completely gluten and dairy-free though if you have any serious allergies (of any kind), please do get in touch so we can double-check any potential opportunities for cross-contamination or trace ingredients, as well as advise whether our products are suitable for you or not.
